IS YOUR DOG A REAL PITBULL ?

Why Your Dog Isn’t a Pitbull: A Comprehensive Explanation

If you’re a dog owner, you may have wondered if your furry friend is a Pitbull. However, there’s much more to this breed than meets the eye. In this article, we’ll explore the history and genetics of the Pitbull, and explain why it’s essential to understand what makes a dog a true Pitbull.

The History of the Pitbull

The Pitbull is a breed that was created in the United Kingdom and Ireland during the 1700s and 1800s. These dogs were originally bred for combat and dogmen, who were experts in breeding super athletic dogs for combat, would select the best fighters based on their courage and never-give-up attitude. Over time, this process of selection led to a breed of dogs that were not only fierce fighters but also loyal and loving pets.

However, breeders were unaware that by selecting for certain traits, they were also modifying genetics through a process called epigenetics. The conditioning and training of the dogs for combat for three months created a strong bond between the dog and its master, as did the intense moments spent inside the pit walls with the owner as the handler. When the warriors would come home, the dogs would stay with the family, creating a unique development process that no other breed has ever been exposed to.

The Pitbull’s Reputation

Due to this unique breeding and development process, the Pitbull became known as the “nanny dog,” as they were not only super dogs in terms of athleticism but also super pets. They were later called Dogs of Velvet and Steel. The dogs were selected under a framework of best-to-best, where only the best dogs were bred and those that displayed aggressive or dangerous behavior were not used in breeding programs.

Despite the sport of dog fighting being normal during those years, the AKC did not want to be involved, so they took real Pitbulls and changed their names to American Staffordshire Terriers. These dogs share the same DNA as the Pitbull, but they have a different development process. The real elite breeders and bloodlines of the Pitbull are exclusive to the breed and are not present in the American Staffordshire Terrier.

Pitbulls Today

Unfortunately, the real Pitbull is now facing extinction. By 1976, combat sports became illegal in the United States, and breeders who had the best bloodlines went underground, leaving the common street breed of Pitbulls owned by everyday pet owners. The popularity of the Pitbull led to unscrupulous breeders mixing them with Staffordshire Terriers, and by the 1980s, oversized head dogs from the UKC started to emerge, resulting in a deformity of the breed.

These dogs were marketed as “real” Pitbulls, leading to an increase in human attacks and deaths by mutt oversized Pitbulls. Profiteer breeders of game dogs did not help the situation by breeding dogs that were dangerous to humans, such as Zebo, Bullyson, and Chinaman. It’s worth noting that the real APBT or Pitbull is only birthed from a source called the branded Dogman, who is the best and most consistent creator of successful Pitbulls.

The Future of the Pitbull

The real Pitbull is about to go extinct, and it can only be saved by those who understand the breed’s history and genetics. The best dogs are those that are created by the most consistent and successful breeders, such as Carver, Tudor, Henzel, Aycart, or Hollingsworth. As an enthusiastic dog owner, it’s possible to create your own dogs, but until they are the best, they can only be good owners. The real Pitbull is only

The real Pitbull is only for those who are willing to put in the effort and care needed to maintain its unique traits. It’s essential to understand that a true Pitbull is not a pet for everyone. They require a lot of attention and training, and they have specific needs that need to be met to ensure they remain healthy and happy.

As a result, it’s crucial to only acquire Pitbulls from reputable breeders who have a deep understanding of the breed’s history and genetics. These breeders are responsible for maintaining the purity of the breed and ensuring that its unique traits are preserved for future generations.

In conclusion

, if you’re a dog owner who has ever wondered if your furry friend is a Pitbull, it’s important to understand what makes a true Pitbull. The history and genetics of this breed are unique and require a certain level of expertise to understand fully. Only by working with reputable breeders and fully comprehending the breed’s history and genetics can we hope to preserve the Pitbull for future generations. Sadly the cancer of the breed is every breeder who wants to breed dogs and has no merits and no real experience.  A brand dogman with decades of successful results is what you need as the result of the success of the breeder that you are buying. A pedigree, DNA results, or cute puppies is not enough to buy a puppy. You want to see the credentials of the breed.
